Annual Church Directory Each year, the Council publishes the Directory of Churches with over 300 pages of contact information for churches and other religious denominations and groups in southeast Michigan and Windsor, Ontario.	Interfaith Odyssey Television Program The Council produces Interfaith Odyssey; an Emmy Award-winning television program with an interfaith panel discussing current issues and events to promote ecumenical understanding and appreciation.	Clergy Prison Ministry Certification The Metropolitan Christian Council offers ORDAINED clergy certification to enter jails and prisons for the purpose of counseling and prayer. Community Partnerships We partner with civic, social, political and religious organizations and institutions to better serve the contemporary needs of a diverse society.	Seminars and Workshops Through publications, television productions, and public forums, the Council provides helpful information about current social and ethical issues, events and activities to churches, religious organizations, and the community at large.	Community Activities By providing award ceremonies and newsletter, Metropolitan Christian Council offers many partnerships in a growing community. We recognize and honor leaders in the media, creative programming, and community services. We also publish a newsletter several times a year to highlight Council activities, community events and resources.
